In the case of Latex and or Rubber garments, these are sold as a one time use only product. This is due to the nature of the fabric which can be liable to tear easily.

Refunds and Returns policy
AphrodisiacLingerie.com does not sell products on a trial basis therefore customers are strongly advised to check the suitability of products before ordering.
But we do offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a full refund, please contact us for authorization, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of delivery. After authorization to return unwanted goods, the sender must agree to pay postage for the item. This does not apply to goods which may be, in the unlikely event, faulty.
But due to obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods the following terms must be strictly adhered to:
The goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
The goods must be received back within 7 days from the day you received the order.
Items that are in Heat Sealed packaging can only be returned if they are faulty, as once they are opened they cannot be resold.
AphrodisiacLingerie.com cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods they should be returned within seven days of receipt.
Faulty goods will be tested to identify the fault upon receipt, if during the testing process the product is found to be in good working order (without defect), we will return the goods to you and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.
AphrodisiacLingerie.com cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. It is the customer’s responsibility to wrap the product adequately to prevent damage.

Delivery
We aim to deliver in 7 days from clearance of payment.
All delivery times are subject to all matters out of AphrodisiacLingerie.com control e.g. severe weather conditions, lockouts, and strikes, lost parcels and theft. Every attempt will be made to get your order to you on time, howeverAphrodisiacLingerie.com will not be held responsible for late arrivals.
If we do not have the goods in stock you will be notified by e-mail with an approximate delivery date. Your order will be put on hold until the goods reach us and then be dispatched as soon as the goods come back in to stock.
